RAYMOND K. GOH
CEO
Mr. Raymond K. Goh is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the Energy sector. Mr. Goh has founded several businesses in the oil and gas sector including companies in the Marine Offshore Services, Offshore Engineering Services, Offshore Construction Services, Offshore Subsea Services and Energy Development.
In his role, Mr. Goh sets the long-term growth strategy and spearheads growth initiatives to expand the businesses’ resources, develop new markets, and investment in new vessel designs and technology. He has developed markets in the Asia region, including Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, China and India and has developed new markets in the Middle East and Mexico. He also serves as Chairman of the School Advisory Board for Westwood Primary School.
QUANG HIEN NGUYEN

Mr. Nguyen Quang Hien is the CEO of Thang Uy Group, which was founded in Vietnam since 1999. Mr. Hien leads 5 office locations across the North and South Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar, providing consulting, design, supply, installation and maintenance solutions. Over the years, Mr. Hien has established strong relationships with the Vietnam government and has successfully lead and delivered projects for Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), Petro Vietnam (PVN), FDI and several local private sectors in the country. Mr. Hien graduated with an MBA from Southern Columbia University.
GAURAV DUTTA
Director, Energy Development
Mr. Gaurav Dutta has over 17 years of experience in the energy industry focusing on infrastructure solutions in the maritime, offshore and onshore domains in various roles as Developer, EPC Contractor, Consultant and Investment Analyst. Mr. Dutta is involved in focusing the efforts of the group into investment and development of energy projects on LNG, renewables and green hydrogen. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai, India and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester, UK.
